Ultra Fusion

The Ultra Fusion is Visi-tech’s flexible solution to video web inspection. It is based on core Fusion technology providing the high level of functionality, excellent image quality and high reliability associated with all Fusion products. However, the Ultra Fusion has also been designed with numerous options that enable it to be tailored to meet your particular requirements.

The Ultra Fusion offers a range of viewing areas and zoom magnifications allowing you to see the web in a way that suits you best. Both manual and motorised traverse options are available as well as additional remote keypads and remote monitors, all ensuring that you receive the maximum benefit from your system wherever you are working on the press.

The optional Back-strobe illumination provides back-to-front register viewing on translucent printing substrates, while the second camera option enables two cameras to be viewed on one monitor, either individually or both at the same time. This is particularly useful for demanding applications such as double-sided printing or even when a dedicated camera is required to keep an eye on the register mark while the other scans the whole web for defects.

Either way, with or without optional equipment, the Ultra Fusion leads the way in web inspection technology.
